Records Administrator |
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated people skills, preferably in a human services setting. Previous records management experience preferred. Strong administrative skills in designing and managing workflows, ability to manage special projects. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must. Ability to prioritize multi-task assignments. Must have basic computer knowledge (i.e. Word, Excel, Access). Ability to collaborate effectively. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to think independently. Ability to understand and follow moderately complex oral and written instructions. Ability to use discretion, independent action and work within HIPAA guidelines. Committed to maintaining excellent personal and professional boundaries.
Skills Requirements: Working knowledge of business English, spelling and mathematics. Ability to maintain consumer records, Clinical and Room, Board, and Watchful Oversight. Ability to use office machines such as scanners, fax machines, copiers and personal computers. Ability to plan and perform a sequence of semi-routine duties. Ability to maintain confidentiality and to establish effective working relationships with supervisor and other employees. |

Recreation Therapist
|
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (specialization in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy, which includes an internship), certification as a CTRS by NCTRC, one year of directly related professional experience, challenge course experience, both low and high.
Experience and Qualifications: Experience working in Recreation Therapy with youth at risk is preferred. Requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility & ability to work independently. Strengths in recreational and fitness activity planning for indoor/outdoor experiences, challenge course experience necessary and patient progress documentation also required. Some evening and weekend work required. |
Residential Coach I - Full-Time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Science
Experience Requirements: One year experience preferred with Bachelor’s Degree in a social science.
Qualifications: Commitment to team and group process. Expresses desire to work with emotionally disturbed adolescents in residential treatment setting; can give personal and professional rationale for desire to work in such a position that is consistent with agency mission; exhibits sense of compassion and empathy for population served; has high stress tolerance; can describe self as flexible and dependable. Excellent personal and professional boundaries.
Skill Requirements: Can express thoughts and ideas in cogent fashion both verbally and in writing; counseling skills; sensitive to cultural differences; comfortable dealing with a diverse workforce. Can interact with residents and their family members in a supportive, solution-focused manner to promote internal problem solving and build positive relationships. May be required to physically restrain residential clients; must have valid Georgia driver’s license. |
